Freshman fifteen
Colleges and universities have recently been cracking down on this common problem and are trying to educate people on how to prevent it.
A study done on 60 students at Cornell University showed that 20% of the weight gained by the test subjects was due to the fact students were eating at all-you-can-eat dining halls.
lol this “common problem” always just seemed like a lulzy meme to me because me and all my friends freshman year definitely all lost at least 15 lbs amirite @digitalhoarder.
oh but my university did not have all-you-can-eat, our cafeteria was mad expensive.

On the study day before exams, I spent 6 am-12 am in the all-you-can-eat dining hall So I could eat all day long while only paying for the breakfast. Perfect.
